باختصار: تطبيق يمن 2030 يعمل بالكامل دون اتصال بالإنترنت. جميع بياناتك المحاسبية تُحفظ على جهازك فقط، ولا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية ولا نرسلها إلى خوادمنا أو إلى أي طرف ثالث.
1. من نحن
تطبيق «يمن 2030» (Yemen 2030 POS) هو تطبيق محاسبة ونقاط بيع للأعمال الصغيرة، تطوّره وتنشره شركة Yemen2030. للتواصل معنا: info@yemen2030.com.
2. البيانات التي يعالجها التطبيق
يُدخل المستخدم داخل التطبيق بيانات مثل: أسماء العملاء والموردين وأرقام هواتفهم، الفواتير، السندات، عروض الأسعار، المنتجات والمخزون، الصناديق النقدية، وبيانات المنشأة (الاسم، العنوان، الرقم الضريبي، الشعار، الختم).
هذه البيانات تُخزَّن محليًا على جهازك فقط في قاعدة بيانات داخل مساحة التطبيق الخاصة. لا تُرسل إلينا ولا إلى أي جهة أخرى، ولا نستطيع الاطلاع عليها.
3. ما لا نقوم به
- لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية أو بيانات استخدام.
- لا نطلب إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول.
- لا نستخدم أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع أو إعلانات.
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث.
4. أذونات الجهاز ولماذا نطلبها
- جهات الاتصال: فقط عند اختيارك «اختيار من جهات الاتصال» لتعبئة اسم ورقم عميل أو مورد. لا تُقرأ دفتر جهات الاتصال بالكامل ولا يُرفع إلى أي مكان.
- الصور / الكاميرا: فقط لاختيار شعار المنشأة أو صورة الختم لطباعتها على المستندات. تُحفظ الصورة داخل التطبيق على جهازك.
- البصمة / التعرّف على الوجه / رمز القفل: اختياري، لقفل التطبيق. يتم التحقق بواسطة نظام التشغيل، ولا يصل التطبيق إلى بياناتك الحيوية.
- الإنترنت: يُستخدم فقط لعرض فيديوهات الشرح في قسم «تعلّم». بقية التطبيق يعمل دون اتصال.
5. المستندات والمشاركة والنسخ الاحتياطي
عند اختيارك طباعة أو مشاركة فاتورة أو سند أو تقرير أو نسخة احتياطية، يُنشئ التطبيق الملف على جهازك ويفتح نافذة المشاركة الخاصة بنظام التشغيل. أنت تختار الجهة التي تُرسل إليها (واتساب، البريد، Google Drive…)، وتخضع تلك الجهة لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها. النسخ الاحتياطية تُحفظ على جهازك ما لم تقم بمشاركتها بنفسك.
6. خدمات الطرف الثالث
قسم «تعلّم» يعرض فيديوهات مستضافة على YouTube من خلال مشغّل مضمّن. عند تشغيل فيديو تنطبق سياسة خصوصية Google على هذا الاتصال. لا يشارك التطبيق أي بيانات من حساباتك مع YouTube.
7. حذف البيانات
يمكنك حذف جميع بياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق عبر: الإعدادات ← البيانات ← إعادة تعيين البيانات، أو بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق. بما أننا لا نحتفظ بأي نسخة من بياناتك، فلا توجد بيانات لدينا لحذفها.
8. الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لأصحاب الأعمال وليس مخصصًا لمن هم دون 18 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات من الأطفال.
9. الأمان
تُحفظ البيانات في المساحة الخاصة بالتطبيق التي يحميها نظام التشغيل. ننصح بتفعيل قفل التطبيق وقفل الشاشة على جهازك، وبإنشاء نسخ احتياطية دورية.
10. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة ميزات جديدة. سيُنشر أي تعديل في هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث».

In short: Yemen 2030 POS works fully offline. All your accounting data is stored only on your device. We do not collect any personal data and nothing is sent to our servers or to any third party.
1. Who we are
Yemen 2030 POS is an accounting and point-of-sale app for small businesses, developed and published by Yemen2030. Contact: info@yemen2030.com.
2. Data the app processes
Inside the app you enter data such as customer and supplier names and phone numbers, invoices, vouchers, price quotes, products and stock, cash boxes, and your business profile (name, address, tax number, logo, stamp).
This data is stored locally on your device only, in a database inside the app's private storage. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and we have no access to it.
3. What we do not do
- We do not collect personal data or usage data.
- We do not require an account or sign-in.
- We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
4. Device permissions and why we ask for them
- Contacts: only when you tap "Pick from contacts" to fill in a customer's or supplier's name and number. Your address book is not read in bulk or uploaded anywhere.
- Photos / Camera: only to choose your business logo or stamp image for printing on documents. The image is stored inside the app on your device.
- Fingerprint / Face / device passcode: optional, to lock the app. Verification is done by the operating system; the app never accesses your biometric data.
- Internet: used only to play tutorial videos in the Learn tab. Everything else works offline.
5. Documents, sharing and backups
When you choose to print or share an invoice, voucher, report, or backup, the app creates the file on your device and opens the operating system's share sheet. You decide where it goes (WhatsApp, email, Google Drive, …) and that service's own privacy policy applies. Backups stay on your device unless you share them yourself.
6. Third-party services
The Learn tab shows videos hosted on YouTube through an embedded player. When you play a video, Google's Privacy Policy applies to that connection. The app does not share any of your business data with YouTube.
7. Deleting your data
You can erase all data at any time inside the app via Settings → Data → Reset data, or by uninstalling the app. Because we keep no copy of your data, there is nothing on our side to delete.
8. Children
The app is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Security
Data lives in the app's private storage, protected by the operating system. We recommend enabling the in-app lock and your device's screen lock, and creating regular backups.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when new features are added. Any change will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
